Magnuson Superchargers is committed to your satisfaction and performance; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that custom-configured kits and electrical components are subject to specific evaluation criteria to ensure safety and quality standards.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, gaskets, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx with appropriate insurance coverage.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for signs of installation or damage; approved returns will be processed for a refund minus shipping costs within 7-10 business days.
